Our one bedroom apartments are available for long term rent only – a minimum rental term of 6 month is required. Payments can be done monthly or yearly. The rental rate is 14juta per month.
In 3 separate houses Flow Villas provides altogether 6 apartments – each house
consists of 2 apartment units all walled and gated.
Each house has two apartment units, all walled and gated.
Each apartment has a separate private entrance and a small garden and comes furnished. Each apartment has two rooms: a bedroom and a kitchenette/dining area.
All apartments have it’s own en-suite bathroom with a shower unit, toilet, and washbasin.
At the beginning of a rental by a first-time tenant, we ask for a security deposit payment equivalent to two month rent, plus an additional amount of equivalent to two month’s rental fee.
The latter amount is held by our accounting department until
you check out, in case of damages or violations of the rental agreement.
The security bond is refundable within two weeks after the
tenant checks out of our property. Rental Rate is 14juta/month.
